Anthony DiMeo
Anthony joined the Reconstruction team at SERVPRO in 2014. He has his Water Damage Restoration certification through the IICRC. Anthony is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science in Education. He resides in the Howell area with his wife and child, and enjoys spending time with family and golfing.
Mary Kay Ludd
Mary Kay joined the office of SERVPRO in 2015 as an Office Manager. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and brings a lot of experience to SERVPRO. Mary Kay resides in the White Lake area and enjoys going up north with family and playing in euchre tournaments.
Allen Taylor
Allen Taylor is our production manager at SERVPRO of Novi/Commerce South and Bloomfield and has been with the SERVPRO family over 8 years and is an important asset to our team. Allen is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, and Trauma and Crime Scene. Allen enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley in his free time
Erin Sievert
Erin Sievert joined SERVPRO of Novi/Commerce South in 2015 as part time in production and started working full time in 2016 transferring to the office as the Director of First Impressions. Erin has worked many years in customer service and is a valued member to our team. Erin enjoys spending time with her 2 teenagers, being outdoors and traveling up north
Carisa Ferris
Carisa Ferris brings several years of SERVPRO experience and started a new position as accounting admin in January 2019 at SERVPRO of Novi/Commerce South. Carisa enjoys outdoor activities in her free time and has discovered a new love of roller derby!
Dustin Kennedy
Dustin Kennedy joined SERVPRO of Novi/Commerce South in 2018 as a project manager for our reconstruction team. Dustin has an extensive construction background and is a great asset to our reconstruction team. Dustin loves to spend time with his 2 daughters in his free time at home with the family cat and dog. Dustin is also passionate about music and is an accomplished piano player
Kyle Handley
Kyle Handley is a crew chief at SERVPRO of Novi/Commerce South and Bloomfield and has been a great addition to the team! Kyle started out as a production technician in 2016 and was promoted to a crew chief in 2020. Kyle likes to fish and spend time with his family, he recently welcomed a son who keeps him busy!
